It’s All About the Budget! 2012 Student Contest

This year, Next 10’s student contest asked students of all levels statewide to weigh in on the state budget with a creative kick. We received a number of entries including short animated videos, poetry and fictional stories to compelling essays and art. Entries were judged on four criteria: creativity, best use of the state budget in their storyline, originality and overall quality.

We are excited to showcase the first place winner (group entry), runner ups and honorable mention entries below – enjoy!
